Return Timeframe

Important Notice

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your order confirmation.
  2. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
